Social Event Summary  2019

This piano event is in a partnership with ASU music department.  It is an hour long show at the Estate Club Great room and patio.  It is a first come first serve on chairs, and we invite our members their guests to bring their own beverages and snacks.  The Estate Club will also be selling bottles of wine for $15.  All renters must have a prepaid account to attend this event if they want to purchase a beverage by the bottle.  There is no charge for attending this event or sign-ups are not needed.  No reserved seating.  


Free event at the Great Room at the Estate Club.  No sign-up needed and the titles of the books are available at the Estate Club or in Gazette magazine.  This event runs an hour to an hour and a half.


If you have always wanted to learn how to play, here is a great opportunity to learn and understand the game. Each player will get my 12 years of experience of teaching.  Instructor has taught at Silverleaf and her teaching is based on the American Rules of Mah Jongg.   Must have at least 4 players to conduct class and a maximum of 12 players.



The first series of ballroom dancing will be the introduction to Swing Dancing.  We will start out with east and west coast swing, and easy to learn style of partner dancing.  No pressure, laugh filled fun dance instruction will have you dancing to the music.  No partner required and just need some smooth soled shoes.  All must sign up prior to the due date to avoid canceling the class. We must have 16 people signed up by October 30 for this first series and no refunds after this date.  The cost for members is $68 a session which includes four sessions an hour and half each.  Guests of members must pay $100 a person per session to attend.   All classes will be performed in the fitness center.


Seminars are in the great room with a 30 minute lecture and questions to follow.  This event is casual and gives the members a location to keep up with medical and health topics.  No sign up needed and there is no charge for this event.  All welcome.  Topics will be posted prior to the event for members to see an idea what the lecture will be about prior to committing to the event. Seminars from Homeowners in various professions and services, area medical professionals, Master Board. Topics will include medical concerns, nutrition, fitness, or wellness topics.

New event for the Estate Club.  No sign-up needed or charge for these interactive lectures.  Inviting members to attend to learn about the four aspects of Gainey Ranch that are behind the scenes.  It will allow the members to ask those questions that they have always wanted to know but never asked.  Each Direct report will have the opportunity to educate our members in a 30 minute lecture with an opportunity to ask questions after.  Subject titles will be posted prior to event to have an idea what that week’s topic will cover.
