Rachele has been dancing and moving her whole life. She started teaching dance to kids in high school, taking class such as dance, yoga, kickboxing, step, spin, and any fun way to move. Teaching others to move using fun and foundational techniques is second nature. Her further understanding of health and wellness was expanded as a dance major at ASU. She began personal training 4 years ago, and loves to see how strength training can correct, assist, and enhance the lifestyle of people in any age category. As a group fitness instructor she focuses on dance-style movements and stretches, as well as functional strength training. Rachele is NASM CPT, TRX-stc, dotFIT, kettle bell qualified as well as first aid and cpr.
The Estate club also works with students getting their degrees in Exercise and Wellness as well as Health Education and Health Promotion. This program allows Gainey Ranch residents to interact with students learning the cutting edge education and knowledge while accepted students are allowed to develop their communication skills and strengthen their competency. The relationship with Arizona state university and Gainey Ranch has been an excellent match for the last 10 years. Anne Blazek is the internship supervisor for this program.
